All sales are final, however, should the product* break or have a defect beyond normal wear-and-tear, I will repair it and issue you a refund of 20% of the purchase price.

Shipping prices vary depending on the weight of the product and the insurance coverage needed. While I will be incredibly careful in packaging your purchase, once it is shipped, I am not responsible for any damage inflicted during transit. 

If your shipment has been damaged or the contents are broken, please take as many photos as possible. Should the insurance claim be approved, you will receive a partial refund.
